Crockpot Kielbasa Chowder
Cooked up by Lori on Jan 7, 2008This main dish recipe was submitted by Annie. Thanks for submitting Annie!
Tomorrow is Tuesday which means I’ll be posting tips!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pkg. Kielbasa
- 2 cans Creamed Corn
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 bag Ore-Ida Hash Brown Potatoes (it has onions & peppers already in with the potatoes)
- 1 can Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Slice Kielbasa into bite size chunks, toss in Crockpot. Add 2 cans Creamed Corn, 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup. Using one of the above cans, fill with Milk once and add to Crockpot.
Dump in bag of Potatoes. Turn Crockpot on high for 1 hour, then to low until Potatoes are entirely done. Test flavor, add Salt & Pepper to taste.
*Note- This recipe feeds 4. Recipe DOES double/triple just fine.

Yup this looks like another winner. I copied and pasted. I need to go buy some Keilbasa. I love easy dishes!
