Tailgate Macaroni Salad »

With the warm weather around the corner, it’s time for some macaroni salad!
INGREDIENTS:

1 (12-ounce) package small macaroni
1 dz. eggs, hard boiled, chopped
1 (15-ounce) can English peas, drained
1 cup miracle whip
2 tablespoons minced sweet onion

DIRECTIONS:
cook and drain macaroni.  Put in salad bowl with remaining ingredients; season with salt and pepper to taste.  Chill before serving.  Serves [...]

Honey Baked Chicken Cubes »

Man, this sounds yummy!  I’m gonna have to try it out ASAP:)
INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
3/4 cup honey, divided
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Combine chicken cubes, 1/2 cup honey, Worcestershire, salt and pepper in a greased 2-quart baking dish.  Let marinate for about 10 minutes while oven is preheating to 400′.  Bake chicken [...]
