Honey Baked Chicken Cubes

Cooked up by Lori on Mar 27, 2008

Man, this sounds yummy!  I’m gonna have to try it out ASAP:)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
  • 3/4 cup honey, divided
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Combine chicken cubes, 1/2 cup honey, Worcestershire, salt and pepper in a greased 2-quart baking dish.  Let marinate for about 10 minutes while oven is preheating to 400′.  Bake chicken 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.  Drain juices, then add remaining honey.  Continue cooking until sauce thickens!  HMMMMMMMMM, GOOOOOD!
