Davy Crocket Bar Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

Mix in order given:

  • 2 C flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda

 

  • 1 C white sugar
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 2 C Oatmeal (quick or regular)
  • 1 C oil or shortening
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

Put in 10X15 bar pan. Batter will be stiff. I use a sandwich bag over my hand to press out. 350 deg. 20 minutes. Also freezes well.
