PB & Honey and Update

Hey guys!  I just wanted to let you know, in case you don’t read my personal blog, that we recently lost our job so things have been crazy around here.  We just got moved in and I’m awaiting installation of my faster Internet.  I’m currently awaiting dial up and it is SOOOOOO slow that I have a hard time even writing a post.  Please bear with me through this time…it would be greatly appreciated if you could stick with with me through this.

Now for the PB & Honey Snack.  I’m sure you’ve seen this before but it’s good and a quick fix to those with a midnight craving.

INGREDIENT:

  • Peanut Butter
  • Honey
  • Crackers

DIRECTIONS:

Mix peanut butter with honey and spread on crackers!  YUUUUUMMMMMY!

Okay folks, I’ll try to post some new stuff soon.  I am sorry for the lack of posting but I hope you understand.

  1. This was the snack my grandma always fed me as a kid. So it has a special place in my heart.

  2. I love PB & honey!! My great-grandparents used to let me have this as a bedtime snack when we would spend the night at their house when I was a kid. CRUNCHY peanut butter and honey with saltine crackers!!

  3. Mmmm sticky and crunchy! What more could you want in a snack?

  4. I really hope the job situation changes for you very soon. It sux to have to worry about “what next” and “how” and “do you think”. That kind of stuff makes me crazy so I’m projecting here and imagining what it’s like for you. I’ll send positive energy.

  5. Yum! My granny would take graham crackers and chocolate frosting made out of cocoa and powdered sugar with milk (I guess? not really sure) and would layer the frosting and graham crackers. She would then chill it in the refrigerator. Slice it up and eat it like a cake. Sooo good.

I wish you much luck in finding a new job. I’ve been there and know how stressful it can be.
