A delicate, buttery crust makes a delicious base for these bars, which are topped with an almond filling and apricot topping.  OMG, I just love sweets like this!  YUMMY:)

I just finished watching a movie where the prisoner had to choose his last meal before he was executed, I know….sad!  Anyways, it got me thinking about what MY last meal would be if I was in the position of having to choose it and I thought it would be interesting to hear what YOURS [...]

I’m a huge fan of guacamole dip and I love it to eat it different ways.  While we usually eat it in a more chunkier fashion, we decided to have a creamy version this week.
