I made the Mexi-meal casserole, and it turned out just like the pictures and amazing!! My fiance loved it:) It is a staple at our house now:)
I like the buckeye balls. It brings back memries from hen I was young. It did not have a picture.
I liked the recepe for the “Big Breakfast Cookie” (there were no photos that I could find)
This looks like a great recipe! I think it could withstand the adding of a lot of ingredients, ie; dried fruit, nuts, hemp seed, flax seed etc.
I’m not a big breakfast eater, but eating a cookie may get me to be one!!

Hi I am going to attempt the buttermilk pie this afternoon. My Mom use to make one and I loved it I hope this one is the same. The photo’s are great with this recipe.

The tomato cucumber salad looks great for the hot muggy summer. In the picture, it looked almost like a pickle, but reminds me of the Japanese cucumber salad we make every year. Will try it.
My favorite, so far, is the cheesy meat dip and I didn’t see any pictures with it.
I have to say the Bacon Wrapped Stuffed with Cream Cheese Jalapenos looks absolutely delicious and what a great idea for parties!

The Drunken Crockpot Roast sounds fun and easy. I love my crockpot and I love making Roasts in it. This sounds simple and different. No picture though.

I will be trying your One Pot Hamburger and Fries for the following reasons:
-One Pot: dishes that require me to dirty every utensil in my kitchen make me want to run away from home
- Five ingredients: I only have spices that children can pronounce. Not because I have kids old enough to read but because my counter space is reserved for mommy juice…I mean wine.
-Who doesn’t love fries?
- My two year-old licked the screen when the photo loaded. I swear I do feed her.
