    My favorite food is lemon bars. But they have to be lemon bars with lots of lemon and very little crust and a dash of powdered sugar on the top.

    That is so difficult.
    It’s Wamsutta, It’s Italian Cream Cake, It’s King Ranch Chicken, It’s Dove Dark.. but on other day’s that end in Y… it’s that new recipe that I’ve found/created or that new hole in the wall restaurant’s enchiladas that we’ve stumbled on.

    i would love this P.D. gift set. I adore her and I really want a mortar and pestle set.

    My favorite food has always been lobster. Mainly because I hardly ever get to have it. But these days, a nice medium-rare steak is what makes me all kinds of happy. I don’t even need side dishes, just meat - LOL!

    FRIED GREEN TOMATOES!! I like to dash a little lemon juice on each one before I eat it. Try it, you’ll like it. I just can’t eat fried food as often as I’d like to, if you know what I mean.

    Right now, my favorite food is pesto sauce. The smell of fresh basil is just intoxicating. I would put pesto sauce on verything. The other day I used it with sauteed chicken breasts and pasta. YUMMMMMMM

    I just ADORE Paula. Favorite food? Hmm. I have SO many favorites. Probably spicy shrimp (garlic, white wine, chopped jalapenos or serranos), grilled onions and mushrooms served with tortillas, sour cream and guacamole.

    My favourite meal is “Mock Duck” (rolled, seared and stuffed flank steak), with roasted potatoes, asparagus and sweet corn. Oh, and I can’t forget the pan gravy as the flank steak is done in a great cast iron pan!!

    I am torn because we are true ‘foodies’ at our house. We like good old-fashioned home cooking. Right now, it’s everything out of the garden and grilling. To go out, it’s Chinese or Mexican. We really love Paula’s recipe for seafood au gratin–delicious. Farm fresh eggs for breakfast, butcher shop steaks and sausage, homemade bread, garden fresh veggies, new potatoes-what’s not to like?

    I love summer because of all the fresh vegetables..corn, squash, etc…But my favorite food I can only get in the summer is a home grown tomato. They are so much better than the normal store ones….Love a tomato sandwich for breakfast, lunch or dinner..

    For take out we enjoy Chinese or home style cooking. At home DH is a master griller and I am the fryer queen. We enjoy most meats and have a small garden for fresh veggies. Best dish dh’s grilled pork chops with roasted apples, served with my fried green tomatoes. Very colorful and good.
