I have a 1954 Presto pressure cooker and it is FABULOUS. Hands down my favorite pan! anything that normally takes a long time to cook takes just a few minutes. I recently bought my brother a lovely new one and while it doesn't have all the features yours does, I must confess I'm having pannus envy!

I have a pressure cooker but all I ever seem to use it for is beans. I like beans - but stew is better. I'll try this.

Yum, beef stew! The weather is getting to that point where I'm ready for soups and stews.
This pan looks like the perfect thing, like it could do everything. I have a pressure cooker, which I've never used because I'm paranoid I guess. I really should try it.

We are trying to eat healthy these days so I would say the steamer sounds like a great feature. I like what you said about how pressure cooking keeps the vitamins & minerals in the food. That
