I make something similar with cooked sausage and heat the cream cheese and Rotel.  Same concept.  As long as there&#039;s Rotel involved, it will be delish!

A while back when I was having some people over I wanted to serve tortilla chips and salsa but realized I only had about half a jar, so I took it and mixed in about 3-4 Tbsp. of cream cheese, some frozen corn and a can of black beans and it was so good.  This reminded me of that, but with a lot more cream cheese.</description>

There was a sign on a road close to where I live...all the sign said was &quot;Dip&quot; I tried like everything to get my husband to stand beside it and let me take a picture, but he never would. Sadly, the sign is now gone.</description>
