Lori is the Owner and Founder of three blogs; My Wooden Spoon is where she shares family recipes and her passion for food & kitchenware. A Cowboy’s Wife is where she chronicles her reflections in words and photos of cowboy life and shares her personal thoughts & feelings on just about anything. eLiving Media is Lori’s newest blog. ‘ELM’ is a lifestyle blog where she allows her inner nerd to come out and talk about technology and the latest in hot topics such as sports and the auto industry. She also recruited writers to blog along side her at ‘ELM’ and keep her company in the fast pace media world.
Lori is a social media influencer and has partnered with many major brand names & companies like Lifetime, where she was the food editor. She is currently a Spokesblogger for Kraft Velveeta, Panasonic LIHD Family, Ambassador for Wilton, Walmart Mom, and part of the Hanes Comfort Crew.

In her role as a Velveeta Kitchenista, she was featured in the May quarterly issue of Taste of Home for her recipe creation of Shrimp Stroganoff Casserole. As a Walmart Mom, she’s had the opportunity to meet with the CEO of Walmart to discuss important topics on behalf of Moms and Walmart Shoppers everywhere. She participates in regular campaigns as they fit into her life authentically. Being a Wilton Ambassador is one of Lori’s favorite things. She has taken lessons in cake decorating and is teaching ‘not-so-talented’ bakers that anyone can do it, it just might not look as good as Wilton’s.
Lori has attended several events including Frito-Lay’s campaign launch with a red carpet event with Brooke Burke and Mel B, Walmart’s Annual Shareholder’s meeting, the Nissan’s Quest Media launch, Bertolli’s “Into the Heart of Italy” with Rocco Dispirito and Marisa Tomei, Pillsbury Bake-off, and many more.

Lori Falcon was named as one of the 50 most powerful and influential women in social media by Nielsens Online. She also received a Texas Social Media award where she was recognized in Austin, Texas during SXSW.

Lori has worked with many brands including KitchenAid, Wilsonart International, Cheverolet, Nikon, Kraft, Disney, Hanes, SeaWorld, Pillsbury, Breville, Oscar Mayer, QVC, Sony, Panasonic, Epson, Bare Escentuals, SC Johnson, Nestle, Officemax, Nintendo, and many many more.
Since blogging since Feb. 07′, Lori has developed a readership that trusts her, a loyal community. They believe in her and know that she will do her best to help them achieve their goals on and offline. She takes pride in that relationship with them and is grateful for every single opportunity, comment, and friendship that comes her way. She’s authentic and genuine in everything she does and has often been used as an example in PR meetings because of those honorable traits. She always discloses and believes in transparency 100%.
The folks at Adage even took notice of that!
THE GOOD STUFF!!
I am a Mom of three boys and wife to a real cowboy for 18+ years.
My passions include my family, photography (currently own a Nikon D70s & D90), traveling, crafting, and of course cooking. My family always comes first and I enjoy every minute I can with them. We are a ranch family taking care of cattle, horses, one goat, and several dogs & cats.
Meet my husband Noe (Rooster), sons Toby (14), Truett (4), and Tyler (17).
My husband builds bits and spurs in his spare time, Toby just loves being young and playing games, Truett is a 4yr old cowboy who goes around pretending to ride bulls, and Tyler is our hardworking teen who is already establishing a respectable name in the horse business with riding other people’s horses and dayworking!
We love to do fun and adventurous things and just spend time with each other…..no joke.
I’ve cooked for ranches for over 10yrs for 15-50 cowboys at a time. I’ve been in several chuckwagon cook-offs and even won a couple of 1st place prizes.
