Sooo .. I’ve never heard of APPLE BUTTER until this year – I saw a bottle when I went apple picking and bought it just to give it a try — super yummy – it made a great snack (with sourdough bread)… so i thought i’d try and make it with the apples I picked — low and behold, u have an apple butter recipe!! I’m a little scared of the fact that it takes 14-15 hours to make (I know u just leave in the cooker, but I’m forgetful =/ )
