yep, I’m talking about the Velveeta Challenge. It’s been a wild ride and just wanted to say that regardless of what happens, I’m extremely grateful for every single vote whether it was to enter a giveaway, a pity vote, or an honest to goodness “because I liked your casserole” vote.
Not only did I rise to the challenge of creating a recipe that serves the family and the budget, I also gained a whole slew of new readers and for that, I am grateful.
I had some stiff competition and everyone’s casserole looked great so any one of us have a chance of winning this thing! Now of course I hope I’m the winner but if I’m not, I gave it my all and I’m proud of that.
Winner should be announced today, Nov. 24th so keep your fingers crossed for me!
