Love banana nut bread. Usually put the nuts in the mix not on top. Have some cute little pans, what a great idea.

When you bake nutbread in mini loaf pans, do you still bake them
for an hour??? Seems like they would get overdone.

I want to share a secret with you that my Grandmother gave to me:

Topping for Any Quick Bread
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Cream together and spread over hot loaves when they come out
of the oven. This has been my secret weapon for years. Now
I share it with you.
