		<description>I thought I was the only one who used crackers for breading meat. In addition to saltines we&#039;ve also used Wheat Thins and Triscuits. Whatever is handy. These pork chops look good. I&#039;ll have to give them a try.</description>

		<description>Mmmm, Lori :).  We had porkchops &amp; gravy last night, so your tweet caught my eye.  THESE look FABULOUS!  I use more oil than that and used only floor; I think if I left off the (fattening :( ) gravy, this would be a GREAT alternative.
Suddenly hungry for pork, lol, and it&#039;s breakfast time!  Hmmm, maybe bacon???
