Interviews of our favorite celebrities are always a joy. You learn so much more about the person instead of making of assumptions of them based on their TV character. Food celebrities are no different. If you watch the Food Network at all, then I’m sure you’ve seen Cat Cora. I happen to like her on Iron Chef but I enjoy her other shows too.
Anyways, back to the topic. Jessica from LittleMissMatched, got to do an interview with Cat. It was funny to see what Cat’s most unusual recommended food is. We eat it a lot here but I thought it just a Mexican thing. I say we but I mean my husband, his dad, his brothers, and my boys. I won’t touch it but read what Cat has to say about it.
So how do socks tie into this? They don’t. But I thought it would be fun to tie in the interviewer somehow and she does sell socks!!! Mixed matched ones at that. From the owner’s mouth:
our socks are sold in missmatched sets of three (individual socks, not packs) – this A) gives girls of all ages a chance to express their creativity and individuality and B) solves the age old problem of the missing sock.
Her inventory has expanded so don’t think she only offers socks. I saw the cutest flip flops, bedding, and backpacks!

Because of the awesome interview Jessica had with Cat Cora, she’s decided to give a week’s worth of socks away to a lucky winner!!! These are so much fun and would great for you, your daughter, niece, or friend!!!
What do you have to do??? Leave a comment telling me what food celebrity you would interview!
That’s it folks:)
Contest ends on Monday July 21th, in the morning after I get back from the Blogher conference in San Fransisco:)

guy fietti
Rachael Ray! She’s got so much energy!
Alton Brown, no hesitation
I think it would be either Paula Deen or Bobby Flay.
I would interview Paula Deen.
martha stewart for sure.
I would Love Love LOVE to have a sit down with Bobby Flay or Michael Ciarello (is that how you spell it?). Both of them have my drooling when I watch them cook. I think Bobby would be a bit more interesting to talk with though, just judging by his on screen personality. Aside from the general cooking questions, I want to know why I’ve seen in a few times in a University of Texas Longhorn golf shirt. Is he a fan? Does he have family there? Is he just as addicted to all things Austin, TX like I am?

Definitely Alton Brown. The man is awesomely smart and knows virtually everything.
She has great ideas. Thanks for the entry
cute socks, we also are fans of Cat in our house
I would love to interview Tyler Florence, but I’m afraid it would be an awful interview because I’d end up saying something stupid like “Iloveyoucanihaveyourbabies?” and that would just be awkward.

Rachael Ray
THANK YOU GOD BLESS
I would have to say rachel ray. She has more energy then anyone I know!
Definetly Paula Deen!
I would def. like to interview Rachael Ray. She is awesome!
I would love to talk to Rachael Ray.
She looks just like my niece.
If my daughter was choosing she would say Gordon Ramsay because she thinks he is great and so funny… But I would have a tough time deciding between Paula Deen and Tyler Florence. I think it would in the end be Tyler Florence because Paula is so out there and open, we really get to see a lot of her personality without doing the interview – whereas Tyler is quiter and takes more of a back seat to some of his other Food Network alumni. I have not found a recipe of his that I have tried that my entire family didn’t love. I think he is an interesting guy and would love to know more about him! Thanks for the great giveaway!
)
I’d have to go w/ Anthony Bourdain. Even though he’s an arrogant SOB, he’s been to a love of places that I love, and I’d like to compare notes
I’d interview Ina Garten.
My daughter is obsessed with these socks! I would interview the most recent Hell’s Kitchen winner, Christina Whatever. She’s not a celebrity yet, but I want to know what it was like to deal with Gordon Ramsay–who is hot but scary.
