After viewing the many readers, I can't disagree when it comes to savoring a good cup of coffee. Coffee was introduce to the wealthy of Venice by local merchants much as today's coffee shops in the western world. Origins tracing back to Ethiopia finding its way to Egypt and Yemen in the 15th century, the aroma of roasting coffee beans always brings that hearty feeling to soon titillate mans appetite.
It's been the drink of choice for centuries, from the mess camp of solders, the galley of Naval ships or my favorite, off the Chuckwagon. Individual personal favorites and tips to reach the rich full flavor and preference of sweetener, creams or liquors...it's still coffee and my drink of choice.

Quite simply for me, a coffee maker has to be industrial strength and survive. I drink a LOT of coffee. I'd use a commercial Bunn if I had a choice. Espresso machines I could care less about. I just need my daily dose of Tar. (Or sludge, as my wife so graciously refers to it as.)

I just love coffee. Bought a bottle of irish cream just for extra flavor and it's fantastic.
Try,
2 tsp grain coffee,200ml water, brew the coffee.
1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp condensed milk + 50ml milk (or 1cm depth of the cup)
heat it with the microwave, 30s
add the coffee into the milk, add 1 capful of baileys.
there u go.. the Irish coffee, the morning supplement of the coffee lovers
