With some warm weather around the corner, I thought I would share a cool treat!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 (14ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups crushed ice
DIRECTIONS:
In blender, combine bananas, lemon juice, water, and milk. Blend 1 minute, then add ice and blend till smooth. Makes around 3-4 servings! HMMMMM, GOOD!














I’ve heard a ton of people today say this. Is is because of insulins receiving much better? Please elaborate. Also, what was a regular, common blood sugar range around 25 years ago? I know it varies from person to person but I keep hearing how considerably easier diabetes is to control nowadays (and I can tell you it truly is! ) and I was just wondering how negative it really was years ago.
