Country Fried Breakfast Sandwich

Just like grandma used to make!  I’m sure we all have various ways that we make our breakfast sandwiches and I thought it would be fun to show you how we make them.  Since this involves some eggs, I encourage you to join in Christine’s Breakfast Challenge by eating an egg a day.  Lots of benefits of eating eggs so go read up on it and take the challenge.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • bacon
  • eggs

DIRECTIONS:

It doesn’t get much easier than this guys.  Fry up your bacon, toast your bread (I put a little butter on it) and fry your eggs.  Layer them up like in the pictures and you’re done!!  SOOOO easy and a nice alternative to the traditional bacon and eggs.

I recommend adding some cheese, perhaps even some green chilies!  YUMMY!
