Crockpot Kielbasa Chowder

This main dish recipe was submitted by Annie.  Thanks for submitting Annie!

Tomorrow is Tuesday which means I’ll be posting tips!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pkg. Kielbasa
  • 2 cans Creamed Corn
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 bag Ore-Ida Hash Brown Potatoes (it has onions & peppers already in with the potatoes)
  • 1 can Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Slice Kielbasa into bite size chunks, toss in Crockpot. Add 2 cans Creamed Corn, 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup. Using one of the above cans, fill with Milk once and add to Crockpot.
Dump in bag of Potatoes. Turn Crockpot on high for 1 hour, then to low until Potatoes are entirely done. Test flavor, add Salt & Pepper to taste.

*Note- This recipe feeds 4. Recipe DOES double/triple just fine.
