It’s that time again.
Here are this week’s four questions.
#1. Bagels. What’s your favorite kind of bagel and how do you like to eat them?
I LOVE cinnamon raisin bagels. I like them plain but warmed for about 30 seconds. HMMMM, good.
#2. Mashed potatoes. How do you like them? Lumps – love em or leave em?
NO lumps! If I wanted lumps, I would make tater salad:) I like them with milk, butter, sour cream, salt, and lots of pepper! (and I wonder why I’m fat;)
#3. Mac and cheese. How do you make it? Boxed or from scratch? Add anything?
Well, I do the box now. Sometimes I buy the 4 for $1 boxes and sometimes I buy the velveeta box. I have made it before from scratch in my ranch cookin’ days but that was a looooong time ago. I would cook it in a crock pot but no special ingredients.
#4. Grapes. Cold, frozen or room temperature? Do you prefer red or green? Why?
COLD grapes. I like green but my kiddos like red. Really I don’t mind as long as they don’t have seeds!

Do you cook mac & cheese on high in the crockpot? How do you get the crusty edges? If it doesn’t have crusty edges, it’s just not worth it to me. I do love me some velvetta in the box but oh the calories in that :/
I cook it slow for a while then put it on high without the lid;)
The calories have already taken over my body..lol.
