		<description>I wish I loved fish better.  Living in a coastal state, I sure limit myself to all the fresh fish that is available to me daily because I only like flounder. Oh well... no rule says we have to like it all.  Good thing....or I would be in serious violation!  lol

Everyone, this is really good. White roughy is also called Swai in some places. If you can&#039;t find either talapia would also work - any kind of fish actually that is similar. I always serve with rice or couscous which soaks up the sauce and is yummy and some green veggies (whatever is fresh and not to powerful)
