Remember Xylitol is extremly toxic for dogs. One breathe mint is deadly!!

Wow – interesting that you think this is exotic. I found it by searching for muffins with Xylitol and coconut oil. With the growing awareness of how sugar consumption can affect our health, immune system and of course weight I have been making the switch to Xylitol which has many benefits some of which are that it does not spike insulin, promotes dental health and inhibits bacteria growth. It has been shown to treat ear infections which is one reason why I started using it for my kids. As for coconut oil etc – there are also many health benefits to including these in your diet. I’ll definitely be trying these.

This site makes cooking fun and easy. The photos of the cooking steps adds to the excitement. That said, this is a special kind of muffin. Its quite exotic with its Xylitol and coconut derivatives – coconut essence and coconut flour.
