		<description>You can also bake ur potatos in the microwave, just make sure you prick them first and rest them after to finsh cooking. Its very quick and easy and if you happen to be in a ruch it will save on the hassle of chopping, boilng, straining, mashing and so on. Google it for specific times.</description>

		<description>I agree this is a fast way to make mashed potatoes. I&#039;m lactose intolerant, so I use margarine and soy milk to make them creamy and no one can ever tell the difference!
