It’s meal solution time!! This week the theme was “chili”. Because Wolf Chili is, well, already chili, I had to think of a creative way to use it. I decided on a chili bake that turned out pretty okay.

PRODUCTS I’M ADDING/SUBSTITUTING
I decided to use the Wolf Chili with Beans, Whole Kernel Corn as a side, and the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix. I also added some cheddar cheese and a can of black beans.
MY MEAL SOLUTION
I combined the 2 cans of Wolf Chili, 1 can of black beans, and just a little cheddar cheese together and placed in a casserole dish. I mixed my one box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix and poured on top of chili mixture. Baked according to Corn Muffin mix instructions which was 400′ for 20-30 minutes. It’s super easy.
I thought about adding the corn to this as well. I think it could be a great all in one dish but I didn’t. Instead, I added it as a side.
