It’s comforting to see all the other comments from people who don’t have a KitchenAid yet either.
I had a foodie friend fly in for a visit last month, and we started talking about pie crust in my hallway, and I was saying how recipes all seem to be written assuming you have a stand mixer these days. (I bake, so it’s a bigger issue than you might think) I noticed my friend’s expression, mouth open, and stopped talking thinking something was wrong, and she swallowed and asked “You don’t have a stand mixer?”
“No.”
(puzzled expression) “How do you bake?”
“um, by hand?”
“Wow.” “Wow.” (shaking her head back and forth)
-exactly. So yeah, I’d really like to win this, thanks.
