I have been looking for a good pancake recipe and this one was wonderful!!!!! My son asked for seconds and asked for some more about 2 hours after he was done, and if you knew my son you would know that it is torture trying to get him to eat anything!!! Thanks for the recipe it is definitely going in the recipe book!!!!!

Thanks for the recipe! I added vanilla, which made it even more awesome. Since my husband is a marathon runner, I separated a batch and added 2 tablespoons peanut butter and half a banana mashed. This is a great breakfast for athletes since it’s dense (won’t slush around in the tummy), keeps them full of energy during long sessions, provides proteins and enzymes too.
