I thought I’d share our breakfast with you this morning. We, usually, only eat this on Sunday’s and lighter ones throughout the week.
WARNING: This breakfast contains lots of bacon grease and will most likely clog your arteries, however, it tastes DANG GOOD and having this fatty meal once a week shouldn’t do too much harm!
Bacon–We use Wright bacon. I like the thick cut and it tastes great:)
BEFORE

AFTER

Taters–I make homemade hashbrowns.

You shred them with the grater…easy as pie.

They’re ready for cookin’. Just throw in the pig grease and there’s no need to add salt;)

Don’t overcook them to where your crunchin’ on tater chips now. Just a nice browning will do.

Cook up your eggs the way you like them and your pretty much done. I prefer mine overeasy so I can mix them up with my hashbrown!!

VIOLA! It’s CHUCK TIME!!

We eat tortillas with our big breakfast. We only eat biscuits or toast on occasion. HMMMMMM, GOOOOOD!
So, what do you folks eat for breakfast??
OH, by the way, did you notice the paper plate? Yeah, that’s because I DON’T wash dishes on Sunday! Call me lazy, no matter but I prefer to ENJOY my Sundays:)

Looks.. simply satisfying. Too bad I don’t eat much bacon, or I would be on it!
That tortilla thing throws me. Do you, like, eat it like toast? Or use it as a wrap? I’m confuzzled.
Nothing new for me though!

Anything with this much bacon has to be good!
I don’t often make this but it is good when I do-
I slice in half one Bolillo Roll (a mexican bread) and spread black refried beans on it. I sprinkle it with garlic powder and toast it in the toaster oven.
I also make over easy eggs to go with this. I top the toasted bolillo with the eggs, salsa, and Queso Fresco. SO yummy!

Our Breakfast. The pictures look as good as the ones we make. I love bacon grease.
The ultimate weekend breakfast! I dont have time to eat a breakfast like this during the week, but this with a big glass of OJ is what weekends are made for.
