		<description>The tortilla thing is what they used to do in the pioneer days long ago.  Some still do it to this day.  Yes, you eat it like toast or some use it to scoop up the eggs and eat it like that etc.</description>

		<description>Anything with this much bacon has to be good!  :)
I don&#039;t often make this but it is good when I do-
I slice in half one Bolillo Roll (a mexican bread) and spread black refried beans on it.  I sprinkle it with garlic powder and toast it in the toaster oven.
I also make over easy eggs to go with this.  I top the toasted bolillo with the eggs, salsa, and Queso Fresco.  SO yummy!
