Parmesan Flounder Fillets

I’ve been getting requests for more seafood recipes!  This is for you guys!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound flounder or sole fillets
  • 1/4 cup real mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:

In shallow dish or on sheet of wax paper, combine crumbs, salt, and cheese.  Brush all sides of fillets with mayonnaise; coat with crumb mixture.  Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan.  Bake 375′ for 20-25 minutes, or until golen and fish flakes easily.  Serves 4.
