We see children drink energy drinks and it’s just ridiculous. Like you say, they should have enough energy they don’t need them.

And adults should not become dependent on them for their energy needs either. Excercise and healthy nutrition is irreplaceable.

We only use CRAVE ENERGY DRINK.

I’m a tea nut, so I’ll try it.

I just bought a whole bunch of tea ‘flowers’ that are hand made and open up when you brew them. There is this little tea shop in the Pearl Street Silk Market in Beijing where I bought them. I went a bit overboard.

I saw some pomegranate teas in Singapore I think… you can’t keep me out of tea shops. They had one in the Takashimaya building all the way downstairs on Orchard Street.

I’ll have to give them a try. Right now, I’m drinking white tea I bought in China. Good stuff!
