		<description>I am from Wisconsin but live in Florida now.  Any dish that includes Wisconsin cheese is definitely for me.  Besides tasting good, it sure looks good.  Thank you for sharing it.</description>

		<description>Oh, this looks so good. I LOVE shrimps and cheese, especially parmesan or other hard, salty cheeses. I even like that sort of cheese with my scallops, especially when I can only afford the small bay scallops. It brings that &#039;umami&#039; flavour in so well. I will try this recipe, maybe next weekend. I think the only &#039;change&#039; I would make would be to add some hot pepper flakes,(and local parm) which I also love with shrimps. I&#039;m loving asparagus season, I&#039;m finding it for between 89 and 99 cents per pound this past week. YUM!! (Now, if I could only find artichokes for less than $2.99 each for SMALL ones.)</description>
