1st: Pat, this recipe made a batch of 36.

2nd: Wow! YUMMY!! My daughter came home yesterday and said her friend had made some soft ginger cookies and that she wanted me to make some too, so I Googled and found Andrea’s recipe. VERY glad I did too! These are great!

In our batch, we used natural cane sugar both in the cookie and to roll the dough in. Mine are a bit darked in color as a result.

Wow. Whenever I try to make cookies with molasses in them, they spread all over everything. But with only 2T, maybe even I might make them as beautiful as yours. Just gorgeous.
