Holla to your granny!! She could cook! It's so great to see the passion in you too! You're carrying on her memory well girlie! And, while I don't really like cornbread, that looks awesome. It looks more like a meal (and I like that pan too0!!

My granddad used to make us honey/butter/peanut butter cracker sandwiches! It's one of the few memories of him I have since he died when we were very young. Sometimes I make them for my own daughter, but not too often. As much as we love them, they're not all that healthy. :-) I have a recipe for strawberry sheet cake. Don't know if it compares to your grandmother's, but it might be a good place to start:

My Mamaw had some of the best recipes I can remember, too. :) I especially loved her "flat" biscuits with gravy and her soupbeans and cornbread. Yum! My other Mamaw (my great-grandmother) used to always have snacks for us when we would visit: Kellogg's Nut-n-Honey Crunch cereal, Peanut Rolls (logs), soda pop, and anything else sugary (she sure did have a sweet tooth!) that our parents probably would rather she had not given us. Those were the days!! Thanks for sharing your grandma's recipes with us. :)
