I can only imagine all the dips that were being consumed during Super Bowl weekend, how about you? I know we had our fair share, including a new one that included the new Spicy Buffalo Velveeta cheese! Now we originally had no plan to use this but we thought the dip needed some kick. This made a LOT of dip.
Recipe: Spicy Buffalo, Meaty Cheese Dip
- 1 pound of pork sausage
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 5 packages of cream cheese
- 2 cans of RO*TEL
- 8oz of Spicy Buffalo Velveeta
- Cook sausage and ground beef with one can of RO*TEL, until done. Add the other can of RO*TEL and cheese until mixed and melted. VIOLA!
I highly recommend the use of a crock pot for this because if you don’t, it will get too thick. You’ll want it to stay warm.
