    A recipe that I think I would like to try is the Chuck Wagon Pecan Bread. As a Girl Scout leader, I really liked cooking over the open flame. This recipe is reminiscent of those days. Thanks for this giveaway!

  9. My goodness, it was so HARD to pick just ONE but I finally found it! Easy Key Lime Pie. I absolutely LOVE Key Lime Pie and yours looks delicious.

    As I was reading the recipe, I noticed it called for lime zest, which puzzled me as I’ve never used it but then I scrolled down and, waalaa, there is a picture of lime zest!

    Thank you so much. I will definitely try this recipe next weekend when we grill steaks.

    my grandmother used to make pinneapple upside down cke but I neer had a recipe for it yours is excellant Paula Dean is such a real person and makes me laugh she loves good old home cookingand makes no apologies I would love to read her cookbook

    Cream Cheese Danish and yes it has pictures. I can’t believe how easy this is. We recently made some cream cheese out of our goat milk and I think I will have to try this one soon.

    I love the Turkey Panini Sandwich. We have a local version at a coffee bar here in the American cheese capital (Monroe, Wisconsin) but yours is head and shoulders above.

    I tried it with raclette cheese instead of Jarlsberg. Raclette is known for its fantastic taste melted (or “roasted” – depending on whom you ask).

    It was divine!
