INGREDIENTS:

2 Tb oil, olive
0.5 cup soy sauce
2 Tb Worcestershire sauce
2 medium scallions, sliced
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp thyme
1 medium lemon, juice of
1 tsp pepper, fresh cracked
8 medium chicken thighs, boneless
