Tuesday’s Tips - How Long Will It Last?

I thought I’d share how long things will last on some basic items.  I get this question all the time. 
FRESH MEAT

Ground beef- 1-2 days in the fridge, 3-4mths in the freezer
Beef Steaks & roasts: 3-5 days fridge, 6-12mths freezer
Pork chops: 3-5 days fridge, 4-6 mths freezer

CURED MEATS

Lunch meat: 3-10 days fridge, 1-2mths freezer
Sausage: 2-3days fridge, [...]
