Drunken Crockpot Roast

Nothin’ like a good ol pot roast!
INGREDIENTS:

1 (5-6 pound) chuck roast
2 (10 3/4) cans of french onion soup
1 1/2 12-ounce cans of beer
1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes

DIRECTIONS:

1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup packed br. sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp cold water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2cup + 2Tbsp flour
