With the warm weather around the corner, it’s time for some macaroni salad!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (12-ounce) package small macaroni
- 1 dz. eggs, hard boiled, chopped
- 1 (15-ounce) can English peas, drained
- 1 cup miracle whip
- 2 tablespoons minced sweet onion
DIRECTIONS:
cook and drain macaroni. Put in salad bowl with remaining ingredients; season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving. Serves 8-12
Easy and feeds a lot!











i really like this recipe because you can eat it all by itself and it’s filling.
