Tailgate Macaroni Salad

With the warm weather around the corner, it’s time for some macaroni salad!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (12-ounce) package small macaroni
  • 1 dz. eggs, hard boiled, chopped
  • 1 (15-ounce) can English peas, drained
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 2 tablespoons minced sweet onion

DIRECTIONS:

cook and drain macaroni.  Put in salad bowl with remaining ingredients; season with salt and pepper to taste.  Chill before serving.  Serves 8-12

Easy and feeds a lot!

    I was just telling my husband I needed to make my own because I am never satisfied with what I buy at the store.
